CRIMINALS PAY NO ATTENTION TO THE LAW- NEW ONES OR OTHERWISE

DO YOU UNDERSTAND THIS? (I doubt it as myself and others have been repeating this for years)
Try resourcing the police to enforce the laws we already have (the real ones that have a victim involved)
If frickin' bans worked we would have no illicit drugs in NZ!
