While I'm aware that an ASSET is something that produces income and not something that costs money, could we not investigate selling civil servants as indentured servants?

We cut the cost of keeping them and who knows- perhaps a prospective owner may find a use for them.

With the rising cost of diesel, the slave galley could make a comeback- as could the use of field hands. For preference, those with greenie tendencies could be first on the block for these career changes.
