Do get over yourself!

“I’m going to be sitting there worrying about the male passengers sitting next to me leering at the beautiful women on the screen,” said Dr Russell, a philosopher and lecturer in taxation at Massey University in Palmerston North…’

Out of idle curiosity, I took the trouble to look up an image of the good academic.
She does not need to have any concern over any male ogling her
Men looking at women who make their living modelling and acting are , or should be, none of her concern.

You didn't link but I am guessing this is Deborah Russell. What a twit.
As a philosopher she hasn't really thought this. Does she also want to control what the man sitting next to her on an international flight watches on his personal screen? On a recent international flight I watched Rush - twice. Outward and inbound. Best movie ever. But it contains sex scenes. I wonder if the man sitting next to me was feeling worried about my 'leering' at whoever that gorgeous guy who plays formula one driver James Hunt is?
